In her searches for well-made and unique jewelry, Marlene Dade’s shopping bag always came up empty. Out o
f frustration in finding that special piece, Ms. Dade began designing and making her own jewelry in 2001. After receiving many inquiries from friends and just “people off the street”, Marlene began accepting custom work requests and by-invitation-only shows. Now, almost a decade later, she has opened up her custom business to a larger market. In March 2010, she formed Dade Designs, LLC and launched this online boutique (www.dadedesigns.com), which is quickly being recognized by A-list celebrities, local and national television and media, but most importantly, by YOU!

ade components, incorporating stones from all around the world. Our jewelry is set apart from its competitors, not only by its distinctive style, but also for its “unseen” qualities. Extra care is given to the construction of each design such as waxing and pre-stretching stringing materials, soldering, filing, and buffing joining parts, and hand polishing each component . . . just to name a few. The result is a noticeably well-made piece of jewelry, with a discriminatingly finished look.
Our jewelry is for the woman who appreciates her uniqueness and expects her jewelry to reflect these attributes. Each piece of Dade Designs’ jewelry is an original piece of wearable art. Each design is made by hand and is one-of-a-kind or made in limited editions. Many additional options are available to those who choose to have a piece custom designed.
